I specialise in system dynamics modeling of complex managed systems and public-sector functions for decision-support purposes of activity and resource control, regulation and tactical/strategic planning. The work originated in having identified system dynamics as the technical vehicle for a proposed new approach to economic policy formulation and regulation. That new approach is intended to replace macroeconomics, and may be the only serious endorsed alternative to macro since WW2.

The modeling work began in a public-service context and has continued professionally with a series of large, generic applications for both private- and public-sector use (including both civilian and military).
